- We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Agent to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride hailing and food delivery businesses. The position would be based from our office in Cairo, Egypt.
- Bachelor's degree, ( Fresh Graduate ).
- Experience 0-1 year.
- Presentable.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organized and team player.
- Intermediate English level.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
- Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
- Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
- Understand and accept schedule changes based on business needs.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Computer Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to use a desktop computer system.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Communicate with customers (verbal and written) with a problem-solving attitude.
- Understand the issue and make best use of the available resources to resolve the issue.
- At least 1 year of work experience in any customer facing role.
